Trevor + Carly | Macon Engagement Session | Sidney Middlebrooks Photography

I seriously have the best friends and family out there. Trevor is my cousin and it always means so much to me when my family chooses me to be their photographer!

Trevor and I are one month apart and have gone to school together since the 3rd grade. After high school graduation we went to different colleges (He went to Georgia College and State University and I went UGA) – but we both ended up back in Middle Georgia!

Trevor met Carly through friends at church and they really hit it off. I was so surprised when Trevor texted me one afternoon asking about marriage and how I knew Walker was the right one for me. They had only been dating a few months at that time, but when you know you know! He proposed a few days later!

Carly is in the Air Force and was set to be deployed when they got engaged so they got married at the courthouse and decided to plan their wedding after she got back. After a few long months she is back, and here we are!

Below are some of my favorites from their engagement session in downtown Macon and Amerson River Park! They were naturals in front of the camera and I had a really great time spending the afternoon with them!

And I couldn’t forget about D’Artagnan, their precious chiweenie! He makes an appearance in a few of these. Seriously, how cute is he!?
